Can I cancel my order?

To request a cancellation, just send us a message with your order number — no login required.

If part of your order has already shipped, we can still cancel and refund the remaining unshipped items.

If your order is already marked as Fulfilled, it’s too late to cancel — but you can still request a return through your account once it arrives.

Can I modify my order after placing it?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can help update it.

Just send us a message with your order number and let us know what you’d like to change.

Once the order has been fulfilled, we can no longer make changes — but you can still return items after delivery through your account.

I received my order, but something is missing – what do I do?

Sometimes orders ship in multiple packages – especially if your order includes different formats (like shirts and posters).

Check your account page to see if there are multiple tracking numbers listed for your order.

If something’s still missing or looks off, just send us a message and we’ll make it right.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following payment methods:

Credit & Debit Cards:
Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, and UnionPay.

Wallets & Fast Checkout:
Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay.

Local Payment Methods:
Bancontact (Belgium), iDEAL (Netherlands).

When will I be charged for my order?

Your payment is processed immediately when you place your order – including for pre-orders.

We don’t charge later or when the item ships.

Are your products available in any other stores?

No — our products are only available through acidreleasing.com.

We don’t sell through retailers, marketplaces, or third-party shops.

What country do you ship from?

We ship all orders from our EU warehouse in Germany.

If you're in the EU, there are no customs duties or import taxes.
If you're outside the EU (including the U.S.), your order may be subject to local import fees or taxes. Please check your country's customs rules for details.

Pre-Orders

When will my pre-order ship?

Pre-order items are marked as PRE-ORDER on the product page, along with an estimated shipping window.

Delays can happen – you can always check the latest updates on our Pre-order Status page.

Your full order will ship once all items in it are ready, including any pre-order items.

Can you ship in-stock items separately from pre-orders?

We ship all items together once your full order is ready – including any pre-order items.

If you want to receive in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing a separate order for them.

Shipping Questions

When will my order ship?

Orders usually ship within 3–5 business days if everything is in stock.

If your order includes any pre-order items, it will ship once all items are ready.

To receive in-stock items sooner, please place a separate order.

How can I track my order?

As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link.

You can also track your order anytime by logging into your account and clicking on the order details.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location and the items in your order.

You’ll see the exact rate before you complete your purchase.

Can I combine two orders to save shipping?

Unfortunately, we can’t combine multiple orders after they’ve been placed.

If your order hasn’t shipped yet and you’d like to add something, send us a message and we’ll do our best to help.

How long will it take to receive my order?

We usually ship your order within 3–5 business days, or once all pre-order items are in stock.

Delivery time depends on your location and shipping method.

You can track your shipment anytime by logging into your account and clicking on your order.

International Orders & Customs

Do you ship to my country?

We ship to most countries worldwide, from our EU warehouse in Germany.

To check if we deliver to your location, just proceed to checkout and see if your country is available in the shipping dropdown.

Will I have to pay customs duties or import taxes?

If you're in the EU, you won’t pay any import duties or taxes – we ship from within the EU.

If you're in Switzerland or any other country outside the EU (including the U.S.), your order may be subject to local customs duties or VAT.

Please check with your country’s customs authority for details.

My order hasn’t arrived yet – what should I do?

You can track your order using the link in your shipping confirmation email, or by logging into your account.

Some postal carriers don’t scan at every stop, and international shipments can occasionally get delayed — especially at local customs or distribution centers.

If your order hasn’t moved for a while, don’t worry. We consider a package missing after 8 weeks without updates.

If that happens, send us a message and we’ll help resolve it.

Returns & Refunds

I don't want my order anymore – can I return it?

Yes — you can return items within 30 days of delivery, as long as they’re unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.

To start a return, log into your account, select your order, and click “Request return.”

Shipping costs are not refunded unless the return is due to damage or an error on our part.

My item arrived damaged or incorrect – what should I do?

If your item arrived damaged or incorrect, log into your account, select the order, and click “Request return.”

We’ll review your request and follow up with next steps.

Can I exchange an item for a different size or design?

We don’t offer direct exchanges.

If you'd like a different size or design, just return the item through your account and place a new order for the one you want.

Who pays for return shipping?

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Return requests are handled through your account. Once approved, you'll receive instructions on where to send the item.

Can I cancel a pre-order?

Yes – as long as your pre-order hasn’t shipped yet, you can cancel it.

Just send us a message with your order number and we’ll take care of it.
